Can we get these offers from the dealers?
Ans.
This offer is exclusively available on-line - only to our registered website users.
   
3.
Can I pay by DD/cheque?
Ans.
We can accept DD/Cheques; please courier/mail them to: Vinay Maste, Zenith Computers Limited, Zenith House, 29/30 MIDC Central Road, Andheri (East), Mumbai 400093 along with a print-out of the specifications of the model you want to buy. Please make the cheque/DD favoring Zenith Computers Limited, Mumbai and make it for the exact amount. The system will be dispatched after the realization of the funds in our account. You can also transfer the amount to our Corporate Bank Account using NEFT/RTGS. Please write to us for the bank account details
   
4.
Can we have an upgrade option? If yes, what are the options?
Ans.
The configurations available on-line cannot be modified. You can get tailor made configurations from our Dealers or Stores (ZERs)
   
5.
How can I get an extended warranty at the time of purchase?
Ans.
When you receive your System, you will find enclosed your area-specific service provider details along with the system. This service provider can provide you an extended warranty/AMC after the expiry of the 1st year warranty.
   
6.
How much time will you take to deliver the computer?
Ans.
Once we receive your order on-line, it takes 24 hours (48 hours in case order is booked on Saturday or any day preceding a public holiday) to receive the payment confirmation. After the payment confirmation, we process your order and your particular system is configured and subjected to the mandatory 48 hours burn test. Post successful completion of this test it is booked via courier to your final destination. We will provide you the Docket number by mail once the consignment is booked with the courier and you can get the exact delivery date and even track the consignment on-line on the courier’s website.

Who will provide the after sales service?
Ans.
The details of your area-specific Service Provider will be enclosed along with your system.
   
8.
Can I have the list of service centers?
Ans.
Not relevant as you will be assigned to a specific service provider. In case you wish to re-locate your machine, you can do so in consultation with and as per the advice of your service provider.
   
9.
If the ordered PC is damaged during transit, will I get a replacement?
Ans.
Our PCs are packed using international technology and the packing itself undergoes strict testing. We do a “Drop Test” wherein the system is packed and then dropped from a height to test the efficacy of the packing. As such, so far there are no damages reported during transit.
   
10.
Can you provide Windows OS? What is the option?
Ans.
Windows OS is right now not part of the standard configuration of the computers available for sale on-line. In the future we may have configurations with Windows Vista operating system. Currently, you can buy Windows Vista from any authorized dealer in your locality.
   
11.
Where can I see the products?
Ans.
The images of all the products are available on the site. For a look and feel of the products you can visit any of our dealers/stores or Corporate offices after talking to them on the phone and confirming the availability of the system for a demo. The details of our Dealers/Stores and offices are available on our web site.
   
12.
Can I pay by cash?
Ans.
YES - You can deposit it in our bank account. You can also pay cash directly to our Accounts Department at our Head Office.
   
13.
I am entitled for a loan from my Company. I want to avail the online offer, but to avail of the loan, but my Company requires a quotation. Can you send a quote to me?
Ans.
You can take a print-out of the Website page and use that as a quotation for applying for a loan - all the relevant details like specifications and price are available on the page.
   
14.
Can I pay through 2 or more debit/credit cards?
Ans.
Right now this facility is not available. You have to use only one card.
   
15.
If I do not have a debit/credit card - how do I pay online?
Ans.
You can use Net Banking or transfer the funds to our designated bank account. Or you can send us a cheque/DD - see point 2 above.
   
16.
The Installation is optional at Rs. 1,000; how do I pay this amount?
Ans.
In case you wish to avail our optional paid Installation Service, you need to inform us about the same by mail to vinay.maste@zentith-india.com. Once the system is delivered to you, again call us and inform us. The Installation Engineer will arrive within 8 to 24 hours depending on location (for remote locations it may take 24 to 48 hours). The Rs. 1,000 has to be handed over to our Installation Engineer when he comes for the installation.
   
17.
My concerns have not been answered above – how can I resolve them?
Ans.
