He has over 43 years industrial and managerial experience.  He is the Chairman and Managing Director (Promoter Director) of the Company and is a member of the Committees of the Board.  He is related to Mrs. Vijayrani Saraf, a Director of the Company.  He is also the Chairman and Director of Zenith Infotech Limited and a Director of that Company’s wholly owned subsidiaries viz Zenith Infotech (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.  and Zenith Infotech Services SDN. BDH. (Malaysia). He is also a Director of six other Companies.

  Mr. Vipin M. Shah, aged about 65 years, is a Chartered Accountant (B. Com., FCA) and has more than 40 years’ experience in the industry and in legal, management and accounting matters.   Mrs. Vijayrani Saraf, is M.A. (Economics) from Delhi School of Economics and has been a Director of many companies for over 20 years.  She was first appointed as a rotational Director (Promoter Director) on 16th November, 1983 and continues to be a Director on the Board.  She is a member of the Share Transfer Committee.  She is related to Mr. R.K.Saraf, the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company.  She is also a Director in three other Private Companies.
